Patrick, I learned of your web site from your father. I have really enjoyed reading about you and your quest to excell in competition. WOW!!!Words can't explain how this made me feel. Your mother and I go back along way. I was one of those blessed individuals that had her as a school teacher and in deed she is everything you said about her and more. I remember when your mom and your dad got married and moved to Potts Camp Miss, I knew from the way your mom talked that your dad was a special person also. I rember writing her lettters to Potts Camp and wondering, "Where in the world is Potts Camp?" Not only was she my teacher, she was my "Friend." Thank-you for sharing this story with me and I understand that "Never give up attitude" especially in the last year of my life. Could it be that we had one of the same teachers along life's different paths? I think it was God's plan to give you a mother who was a teacher and give me a teacher who was/is a friend. I thank God every day for special people like your mother and father.

Congratulations on your rides in the Ms/Dixie Nat
Cutting this weekend. We just checked out the
pictures of you riding and the other contestants
from the cutting last weekend and the pictures are really good. Thanks for putting the picture
of Spooks Scooter on. I just printed it out. The photograper is getting really good at taking
the pictures of these cutting horses and I bet that is not easy.
We really enjoy seeing you ride. Your riding a cutting horse just proves that you can do what you want to do if you give it your best.
